Whenever I hear the words to Jagged Edge's "Gotta Be," I think of my 'first' love ... I always thought that I had to be everything and more that they desired or wanted ... I wanted to become perfect to make them happy. For awhile the relationship was smooth sliding and I was the happiest person that walked the earth -- Until I opened my eyes and realized that I wasn't what they wanted ... Just pretended to need.
