Yesterday I took my Super Colon Cleanse pills and I haven't seen any type of side affects from the pills. I sat at work today just waiting to rush off to the restroom to cleanse my colon ... but no such luck. The capsules are for individuals who lack sufficient fiber in their diet, for relief from constipation and to maintain regularity. Nonethless, I'll keep you informed on what happens with the colon.
