Man ... I hate being on a budget ... I hate having to babysit my finances. But in a way I'm glad that I'm placing myself on a budget watching my finances and that the following artists have either had their release date pushed back, haven't thought about dropping a CD just yet, are still working on their next release, or I haven't been able to find their latest CD ... Donnie, Eric Roberson, Kindred, Darius Rucker and Floetry.

Last night I was ducking certain telephone calls from certain people ... They had to leave several messages because I didn't feel like being bother with their madness. At times other people's problems can become your burden and right about now I'm not feeling that or them.

I was checking out T-Hopkins' website and I'm lovin' the photos of Erykah Badu, Bilal and Dwight Ewell. June 26th is right around the corner and I can't wait ... Even though I don't have cable at home ... I'll be at someone's house watching the season premiere of Soul Food.

Gotta start on my lead house.
